In order to output DICOM within the app as a video file (MP4), a separate MPEG encoder must be installed.

Download it from the official FFmpeg website .

Click the Windows icon in "Get packages & executable files" at the bottom left of the screen, click windows builds from gyan.dev, and download ffmpeg-release-essentials.zip 88 MB .ver .sha256 from release builds.

Unzip the Zip file and copy "ffmpeg.exe" in the "bin" folder to "C:\Program Files\AnrealTwin\GUIDEYEstation" .

Once this is complete, you will be able to output the video.
